ARB GUIDELINES
The Guidelines were developed to preserve the community design concept with attention to detail and a high standard of architectural and landscape design, appearance, and impact on our community and members lots.
What Changes Must Have ARB Approval:
Any building additions/alterations, including, but not limited to: pool, lanai, fence, wall, exterior painting, solar panels, antenna, flag poles, exterior lighting, external window coverings, certain lawn ornaments, or significant landscaping changes.
What To Include In An Application:

Site plan/plot plan, including existing fences and easements

Contractors Insurance
All applications for architectural changes, whether permanent or temporary, must be submitted to the Homeowners Association through the Management Company office and approved prior to start of any work.
