HOA Board email

There are strict no individual selling, bullying, or general complaints rule. Posts of these nature will be deleted (or not approved) by admins.

RPM Website

Gate Access
Access to our 2 gates requires a "clicker", key, gate code, or Tap2Open app. Both the clickers and gate code should have been provided to you at closing.

Trash Collection
Trash collection days are Tuesday and Friday, and recyclables are on Wednesday. Trash bins must be stored out of public view when not at the curb.
Coastal Waste Solutions is contracted to collect trash, fees are included in your HOA payment.
If you need replacement trash receptacles, contact Coastal direct at 727-561-0360.
Approval of Exterior Changes Required
Per our governing documents, any changes to the exterior of your home needs ARB (Architectural Review Board) review & approval.

Changes made prior to or without ARB approval can result in fines -and- required changes to the completed work.
School Bus Pickup
School bus pickup is at Rita Lane and Hwy 19.
​
If your child will be catching the bus without you, they will need a key to exit the gates doors.
​
Please contact RPM to have a key created and sent to you.
​
Do NOT encourage/allow them to try and fit between the gate arms as this does cause expensive damage to the gates.
Street Parking
There is no overnight street parking.
This includes commercial trucks, RVs, or Boats.
HOA Fees
HOA Fees are paid quarterly.

These fees can be paid by check using RPM "coupons" or electronically via RPM's website.
Marina Usage
Per our covenants, only NON-MOTORIZED boats may be launched and retrieved from the ramp, i.e. Paddle craft, such as kayaks, canoes, rowboats, and stand-up paddle boards
​
However, motorized boats may load and unload passengers from the dock and may be docked, unattended for up to 2 hours between 7am & 9pm.
​
No swimming, diving, or fishing shall be permitted from the docks or piers in the Marina.​
